Jerry, As a follow up – picked up a new Jeep yesterday. I have to say your recommendation for a dealership was spot on. Our other car is a Mercedes and we have been dealing with Park Place Mercedes for several vehicles – I consider them the gold standard for customer experience. Classic was absolutely at that level. I needed quite a bit of assistance with sorting through the feature codes, they were knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Darius. When we got home from buying the car yesterday, I said to my mom who had been keeping my kids, "Next time I buy a car, I will buy it from them.". I assure you I have never left a car dealership and said those words before. You were very friendly and professional when you came and explained that you were busy but that Ryan would be taking care of us. Ryan was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. Dustin and I really appreciated the small details such as giving us the grand tour and introductions, to just appeasing my husband's curiosity of the size differences of the cargo room in the sedan vs HB. Even the financing part was easy and "painless". We know we don't have perfect credit but we weren't hassled about it like we have been in the past (we just did this car buying thing in August). Basically, we had a really great experience at Classic Mazda and will most definitely purchase future vehicles from you or Ryan. Thank you! By the way, my husband is very thrilled with his M3!

Just a note, From the time we bought our 07 MX5 GT we have been pleased with the total experience Classic Mazda has to offer. We recently came in with a couple of problems we have had for a couple of years, since we live so far away we havent had an oportunity to come get it taken care of. We came so far to buy the car because we found the best deal by far at Classic. The problems were both addressed and taken care of with compassion and concern, this is rare as other dealerships seem to write off the customer after the sale is made. This has not been our experience with Classic and its employees We would buy another car there and would certainly advise anyone to do the same. Customer Service is a dying notion in the world today, and I am fearful that young people will never remember it because they havent seen it in their lifespan. It is exciting to know that there are still some businesses that believe in taking care of the people that pay their salaries. It's a joy to come into Classic, to look around or for service. -one of the best customer service experiences of my life. My vehicle had a problen that was a recurrance of a previous problem that frustrated me because it was under warranty, but the out of town dealer charged me a substantial amount of money to repair it. When the problem recurred, I took it to the local dealer to hear what the bad news was. The young man who met me in the service area of Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge was named Allen Salyers. He quickly sized up the situation and asked me to give hin a minute while he did a little research. In a few minutes, after looking the problem over in depth, I braced myself for the bad news. Instead he told me it was repaired and there was no charge. I told him in my 65 years, I had not been served like that at a car dealership. He replied " I believe you should do unto others as you have them do to you." The Golden Rule in practice-a testimony to the originator of the phrase- Jesus Christ, Merry Christmas and thank you. Thanks for the most awesome car buying experience I have ever had. This was my 12th car purchase and it was the best ever. It all started with emailing Chris Mueller and explaining I had purchased/leased 4 vehicles from Allen Samuels at Alliance and due to their Sales & Service employee's attitudes I was not going back. I had a couple of questions on the 2011 Town & Country and Chris responded and answered all my emails in a timely manner. I then made an appointment to meet Chris Saturday 3-19-11 at 9 am. He greeted us with a huge smile and greeting that was so real, it made you feel like you were special. He showed us the Town & Country like I had requested and we test drove it. Chris's knowledge and caring about the customer really showed thru the whole experience. We then made the decision to purchase it and Chris completed the paperwork quickly and flawlessly and then went to the finance office. It took a minute or less and Josh Purser came out and greeted us and took us to his office. Like I stated above this is my 12th time in a finance office and I have to tell you, this guy really know his stuff and cares about the customer. His attitude, knowledge, smile, and joking personality made this experience the most fun and easiest ever. Normally when someone brings up the extended warranties, I stop them and say no way. But the way Josh brought them up and explained them, I purchased them both for the first time ever. I too am a finance professional and must say, Josh's is one in a million, that goes the extra mile for the customer and really cares. Because of Chris & Josh our buying experience was fun, exciting, painless, and truly awesome. We also purchased a Lincoln from you a few years ago and are considering trading it in and buying a Dodge or Chrysler in the near future and will surely be back asking Chris & Josh to handle the transaction. I like the honesty of the consultant, Ramsay Davis. he let me know if I needed certain service at that time or I could wait. Most service people elsewhere just try to sell you something whether you need it or not. He did not. I really appreciated that

Jason was great! I had a bad experience 4 years ago at another local Mazda dealership, Jason as totally opposite and really went out of his way to ensure that I was happy when I left Classic of Denton. Great Job. Jason is not your typical "car salesman", he really listened to what I needed and helped me fit that into my budget. He didn't try the usual pressure tactics.
