My son had previously dealt with Todd Wright, so I asked for him. I informed Todd that we needed to address certain items. I also told him not to call me, if during the inspection, they discovered any needing attention. NOT A GOOD IDEA IF DEALING WITH UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE. Suffice it to say, Todd is representing you very professionally.
